Meet our amazing teachers

  • Mikaela Maddock

Welcome to Hyalite Kids! My name is Mikaela Maddock and I am the director/pre-k teacher at Hyalite Kids. I am a familiar face throughout Hyalite as well as in the educational world of Bozeman. I received my degree in K-8 Elementary Education from Montana State University in 2017. Since then, I have subbed in the Bozeman Public Schools, worked in preschools, coached Hyalite Kids, taught kindergarten and third grade at Anderson School, and have been the preschool teacher at Hyalite Kids since the fall of 2022. In my free time I enjoy working out at Hyalite Crossfit, spending summer days at the lake, country concerts, and hanging out with my lab Luna.

  • Caitlin Burch

My name is Caitlin Burch, I am 34 years old and I currently Live in Belgrade Montana with my husband of 10 years, Trevor. We also have two kids; Brayden age 6 and Leanna age 4.

My mom ran a daycare out of our house from the age I was 3 months old. When I was old enough, I helped my Mom with all aspects of the daycare and I continued to help until I moved out of the house after I got married in 2012. After graduating high school, I attended college where I got my nursing degree. While in college, I worked as a phlebotomist for three years. After graduating, I got a job at La Petite Academy while waiting to take my NCLEX exam. Soon after, we got pregnant with our son, Brayden. My husband and I decided that it would be best if I stayed at home to raise him and our growing family.

I have always loved working with kids and being part of their development and education. I am so happy to be apart of our Hyalite CrossFit Preschool family cause it is such a special place.

  • Amy Neese

Hi there! My name is Amy Neese. I am a child wrangler extraordinaire. I have been a stay at home mom for the past eight years to my three beautiful children. I moved to Bozeman with my children Ryder, Josie, and Lincoln and my dogs Lilly, and Luna to be closer to family and spend more time outdoors in the most beautiful place I could think of. It is my goal to nurture your child's growth and confidence with love, encouragement, play, and movement. I am here to help foster independence so your child feels ready to take on the world!
